Direct Cremation Package - Starting at $1,995
Package Includes:
- Transfer of Remains (from Hospital, Nursing Home, or Hospice Facility in 10 mile radius)
- Basic Cremation Container (crematory requirement)
- Hearse to Crematory
- Medical Examiner Fee
- Crematory Fee
- Filing of Death Certificate and Legal Documents
This package does not include copies of death certificates or cremation permit
