Wendy Lee Spannagel

Wendy L. Spannagel of Hingham, MA passed away suddenly, far too young, at the age of 40. Born to parents Randy and Virginia (Bryan) Spannagel, Wendy was a lifetime resident of Hingham.

She was a Hingham High Graduate from the class of 1998. Wendy was pursuing a degree in Child Development at Ashworth College, on her way to continue her life serving others. She was a day care worker for over twenty years, most recently at the Little Sprouts Day Care and loved who she worked with and what she did. Wendy was a devout Boston Bruins enthusiast, loved the ocean and was a great fan of 80’s music.

Wendy leaves behind her beloved mother, Virginia Spannagel of Hingham, her sister Julie Spannagel of Hingham, sister Michelle Cruckshank and husband John of Carver, and sister Carole Whittier and Husband Scott of Milford, NH. She is also survived by her loving nieces Sarah and Heather of Milford, NH and nephew Bryan. She was predeceased by her dear father, Randy C. Spannagel.

A funeral mass will be held at a later date.
