Patricia A. Downing

Patricia Ann Stewart Ronan Downing of Hull, passed away April 30, 2021 in the comfort of her own home at the age of 85.

She was the daughter of Frank and Lillian (McCormack) Stewart. Patricia was predeceased by her daughter, Carol Ronan, her sister Carol Foley, her brothers Paul, James, John, Thomas, and Frank.

Patricia leaves behind, not only her dear husband William Downing Jr. but also, her beloved children, Richard Ronan, Christine McCarthy, Elizabeth Ronan, Mary Kavanaugh and Patricia Anzalone. She is also survived by her stepchildren Linda Kerr, Laurie Tangaro, William Downing III, and Christine Stevens. Her beautiful grandchildren will forever miss her: Mikey, Robert, Elizabeth, Mary, Kyle, Patrick, Ryan, Kevin, Kristina, Connor, Rachel, and Christopher. Also her loving step-grandchildren: Nick Jonathan, Scotty, Megan, Kala Courtney and Elizabeth and, not to be forgotten, her adoring 15 great and step-great-grandchildren. Also bereaved are her sister, Maryann Kelly, and brother, Mike Stewart.

She was a diligent caterer and function manager for the IBEW Function Hall and proudly worked at the HUB Folding Box Co. for many years.

Patricia leaves us surrounded by many who will keep her in their memory.
