Pamela D (Schomburg) DiLorenzo

Pamela Denise DiLorenzo, 61, of Hull passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Friday, July 15, 2022. Her loving husband Mark was by her side.

She was born April 6, 1961, in Boston, MA, daughter of the late Milton F. and Jane E. (Kent) Schomburg.  Pam was also predeceased by her brothers Frederic and William Schomburg and sister Ruth (Schomburg) Berg.

Pam was the beloved wife of Mark DiLorenzo, with whom she shared 14 years of marriage.

Pam had a wonderful sense of humor, love for all animals and musical instruments. She enjoyed playing board games and sitting on the front porch watching the world go by with Mark, while sipping a glass of wine. She especially enjoyed playing the harmonica while Mark sang along. Pam also loved taking walks on the beach and collecting rocks.

Pamela worked at Boston Financial Data Services. She enjoyed setting up mutual funds for clients over the past 25 years.

Besides her loving husband Mark, Pam is survived by sisters Jean (Schomburg) Daley and her husband Paul of Wendell, MA; Susan Schomburg of Scituate, MA; brothers Eric Schomburg of Plymouth, Robert Schomburg of Tennessee and Michael Schomburg of Stoughton, MA; brother-in-law Robert DiLorenzo and his wife Laura of Woburn, MA.

Pam is also survived by many loved and cherished nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins and friends.

Visiting hours for Pam will be held on Monday July 25, 2022 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, 21 Pond Street, Hingham relatives and friends invited followed by a reception at the Nantasket Beach Salt Water Club 1035 Nantasket Ave Hull.
