James "Jim" M. Muncy

James M. “Jim” Muncy passed away on Thursday December 9, 2021 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Jean E. (Goranson) Muncy, he was the loved brother of David P. Muncy of N.C., Carol A. McWilliams of Hull, and Jean Marie Muncy of Plymouth. Cherished uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews and godfather of Maxwell Fleck.

Jim proudly served in the United States Marine Core and was a retired police Sergeant for the Town of Hull police department.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Tuesday December 14, 2021 from 4-7 pm at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel 21 Pond Street Hingham, MA 02043. A Funeral service will be held on Wednesday December 15, 2021 at 10 am also at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, and the burial will follow at Hull Village Cemetery.
