Elaine Cieri

Elaine F. Cieri (1943) of Randolph, was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Cieri passed away March 1, 2021 at the age of 78.

She was the cherished mother of Joseph and Joanne Murphy of Marshfield, Julie Murphy of Florida, daughter-in-law Michelle Murphy of Middleboro, “daughter”–in-law Kathy of Hull, and the late James Murphy.

Elaine was the loving sister of Virginia (Gini) and William Miraglia of Wilmington, the late Vincent Cieri, and the late Karen Brown (Cieri).

Beloved grandmother of Jeremy, Jessica, Jaime, Joseph, Tayla, Allyson, and Kristine. Adoring great-grandmother of Ema, Teagan, Isabelle, Octavia, Stella, Joseph, Maeve, August, Katelyn, and Justin.

Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Elaine was a proud graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston. She was an avid horse enthusiast and thus enjoyed her time as a tour guide in the City of Boston on the horse drawn carriages 

She was also lovingly known as ‘mum’ to many who looked to her for comfort & she willingly & unselfishly gave them her love as if they were her own children.

There will be visiting hours at the Downing Chapel from 2 - 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 7th.

Friends and family are welcome.

All covid restrictions including masks and social distancing will be required.
