Edward Tully Jr, 63 of Weymouth passed away peacefully at home with his wife and daughters by his side on January 26, 2022 after a yearlong battle with cancer.

Nephew to Jack Silck of Winthrop.
Son-in-law to Patricia Ferrini of Rockland. Brother-in-law to Joe Ferrini & Kathy Pantazelos of New Hampshire, Susan & Eric Barney of Bridgewater, Nancy Hickey & Kevin Cavanaugh of Rockland and Karen & Justin Healey of Lakeville. Ed is uncle to Ryan and Mitchell Barney, Danielle and Rachel Hickey and great nephew, Camden.
Ed was also a beloved friend of Richard and Jeanne Kehoe of Hingham.
Ed was a dedicated employee of Sager Electronics in Middleboro for over 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Weymouth Elks and Weymouth Eagles where he was a long-time member. Ed also loved the times he had with his friends riding his Harley and the days of playing golf. Great memories with the Cuda Classic crew.
Ed will always be remembered for his “Edisms” and “ET shuffle”, having a cold Coors light in his hand, being a straight shooter, and his short trips to the Hingham dump turning into 8 hours of asking, “Where’s Ed?”
Ed grew up in Hingham and always loved Hingham Harbor; it held a special place in his heart with many fond memories from his younger years and throughout his adult life.
We are honoring Ed’s wish to withhold any services, but rather share a celebration of his life with his family and friends that will be held in the Spring/Summer of this year.
In memory of Ed, donations can be made to Dana Farber South Shore P.O. Box 849168, Boston MA 02284 or Hospice of the South Shore 30 Reservoir Park Drive, Rockland MA 02370. A special “thank you” to them both for their tremendous care and compassion.
“Not here for a long time but here for a good time!” – We love you, Ed!
