Dorothy C (Couper) Clark

Dorothy C. (Couper) Clark, of Braintree, passed away on Friday October 27, 2023 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of Robert C. Clark, mother of Sharon A. Clark of Braintree, grandmother of Justin Kenney and Brooke Clark both of Braintree, sister of Allan Couper of SC, Phyllis Schulz of FL, and the late Robert Couper, and also survived by her sister-in-law Linda Couper of CA.

Dorothy lived in Braintree for 50 years and worked at the Prudential Insurance Company and then retired from Putnam Investments in 2007. She was an avid sports fan, admired lighthouses, loved to travel with her husband on cruises or to their timeshare in Aruba, and most of all, she loved Cape Cod. She had many trips to the Cape and even as a child when her family had a cottage there.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Thursday November 2, 2023 at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel 21 Pond Street Hingham MA from 5-7pm. Funeral Service and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dorothy's name to the American Heart Association linked here.
