Debra Abraham Obituary


Debra “Debbie” Abraham passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 1st, at the age of 69. She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Sandra Abraham, and Dorothy Garfield.

She is survived by her life partner, Therese Timms, and their daughter Little Therese. She also leaves behind her siblings, Cheryl Bleakney and her husband Jim, Marc Abraham and his wife Robin, Scott Aasce, and Shaun Garfield. She will be greatly missed by her nieces and nephew, Tanya, Shaunda, Nicole, Brandi, Ashley and Marc. She is also survived by her Godchildren, Nicholas Roberts and Megan O’Brien. She had 13 great nieces and nephews who brought her so much joy.  Her dogs, Lea and Chloe, will miss her very much. 

Debbie was previously a longtime resident of Hull, MA and loved living near the beach. She was an animal lover and dedicated her life to animal rescue, facilitating pet adoptions and dog grooming. 

Debbie’s laugh, presence and her spirit are going to be forever missed. She is now reunited with her brother, Bruce Abraham, and her parents.

A Memorial Service will be held at Downing Cottage Funeral Home at 21 Pond Street in Hingham on Thursday, August 12th, at 6pm.
