Barbara V. Perry

Barbara Viola Perry passed away on February 17, 2022.

Barbara was born on February 13, 1933 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Emma and Mose Perry. She led a life of service, first as a member of the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament, and then as a nurse and nurse educator when she left that community. She earned a BSN from Salem State and a master’s degree in education from Cambridge College. She was a proud member of the Epsilon Phi Tau Nursing Society.

Barbara leaves behind her longtime companion Georgia Weetman of West Chesterfield, VA, her beloved cousins Gail, Jean, Stanley, and Lawrence Perry, and her sister-in-law Barbara Davis Perry.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Philadelphia.
