Raymond C Griffith

Raymond C. Griffith, of Manomet, MA passed away on May 16, 2017 at Cardigan Nursing & Rehab Center in Scituate at the age of 78.

Raymond is predeceased by his parents, Chester & Lillian (Collings) Griffith. Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Priscilla of 42 years, his sister and her husband, Linda &
Leonard (Sonny) Ducharme of Hanover, MA, his brother and his wife, William & Ellen Griffith of Whitman, MA. He is also the brother of the late Robert Griffith, Beverly Griffith
& Chester Griffith.

Raymond was born in Wakefield, MA on November 22, 1938. He worked at the Patriot Ledger for 20 years and also worked at Hanover Rubber Company and Sigma Instruments.

Raymond enjoyed working on cars and working with wood. He also enjoyed sports, especially the Boston Celtics and the New England Patriots. He was a devoted cat lover.

Visitation will be held at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, 21 Pond Street Hingham, on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 10 to 11 a.m. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visiting hour at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Fairmount Cemetery in Weymouth.
