Pamela-Jo Smith

Pamela-Jo Smith of San Francisco, CA, passed away unexpectedly on October 28th 2018 in San Francisco at the age of 37.
Pamela was born on October 26, 1981 in Rockland, MA. Beloved mother of Myles, Shauntique, Keyanna, and Samantha all of California.  Loving daughter of Susan Lemieux Smith of Hingham, MA and Mark Hersey Smith of Toledo, OH.  Devoted sister to Robyn Smith Charam of Hingham, MA and Roger Smith and Jonathan Smith of Virginia Beach, VA. Loved granddaughter of Rodney and Janet Hersey Andrews of Hingham, MA.

Pamela was the type of woman who could open up a kitchen cupboard and make a meal for 20 people out of a bag of rice and some spices. She spent her time worrying about how to care for her children and family more than she did about taking proper care of herself. She grew up in Rockland, MA until the age of 15 when she moved to California. She was a free spirit who loved helping not just family, but homeless and less fortunate than she, often taking time on holidays to hand out food for them to eat.

A service in memory of her life will be held at Second Parish Church of Hingham, 685 Main Street, Hingham on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 10 a.m.  Interment will be private
