Gertrude A. (Miller) Mann

Gertrude A. (Miller) Mann passed away on May 13, 2019 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Harry T. Mann Sr. Loving mother of Susan E. Murphy of Weymouth, Karen L. Clark and her husband Carlton of Ct. Harry T. Mann Jr. of Hingham and Thomas C. Mann and his wife Susan of Hingham. Grandmother of Thomas and Betsy Murphy, Michael and Sherri Gill, Geoffrey and Shannon Gill, Emily Gill, Jacob and Traci Desrosiers, Jarek and Erika Desrosiers, Ashley and Alap Suresh, and Melanie and Chris Stanfield. Great Grandmother  of Jonathan Hagberg, Adam Murphy, Maria Barry, Camille Gill, Marty Gill, Brianna Desrosiers, Ethan Kane, Skylynn Desrosiers,Lennon Desrosiers, Ori Suresh, and Winston Stanfield. Sister of Mable Sawyer, Rose McAfee, Helen Conard, Bertha, Mary, Peggy Agigian, and sister of the late Jane Deeney, Walter Miller, and Raymond Miller. 

Gertrude was born in N.J. daughter of the late Walter A. and Mable (Hickman) Miller and  lived in Hingham for many years and was devoted to her husband and children. In her younger years she worked for AT&T as a Telephone operator.

Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday from 4-7:30 P.M. relatives and friends invited.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In Lieu of flowers Gertrude’s family requests donations be made to the Shriners Hospital for children 51 Blossom Street Boston Mass. 02114.
